It was an honour for Paul Borrow-Longain, accompanied by Mr Stephan Hartland, to attend the
2021 English Veterans Awards in Birmingham.

It was genuinely moving to hear the stories of the veterans who had served their country with
distinction and successfully transitioned in civilian life. Some founded charities supporting either
their local communities, or the veteran community, while others had worked hard to build
outstanding businesses.
