Living in the countryside with most of his personal interests related to the British countryside,
Paul Borrow-Longain was happy to take part in the annual rural crime survey organised by the
Countryside Alliance.

Crime is an important concern for everyone, independent of living in a large urban town or city,
or in one of the thousands of rural communities located throughout the United Kingdom – though
policing priorities can often be different.

The annual survey is an excellent opportunity for the organisation to collect the informed
opinions of its members, their opinions of crime in their local area, and the priorities which they
believe their constabulary needs to focus upon.

Therefore spending at maximum 10 minutes to read and carefully consider each survey question,
and answering to the best of one ability, is a highly worthwhile exercise. Paul looks forward to
reading the results when they become available.
